Identify The Problem through UX Audit
Conducting a UX audit based on the company’s user personas, I discovered that are several informations within the loyalty program was not clear or engaging enough to capture user attention. These insights are now driving efforts to refine the content and improve overall user engagement.
Turning Ideas into Tailored User Experiences
While I’m focusing on UX audit, the business owner and team also doing a quick survey about the loyalty program. After gathering those informations, we identified an opportunity to enhance it. We come up with a strategy that can balances user needs with cost considerations. Next, I focused on creating an interface that enhances information clarity and engages users more effectively, bringing the idea to life in a visually compelling way.
